 All pregnant women

Bring greater awareness to the structure, muscles, and organs of the pelvis to support your changing pregnant body as well as prepare your body for birth. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and mats are used to support you in poses. No need to bring anything other than a water bottle. Partners are invited to join for the last class to learn hands-on support for comfort measures in late pregnancy and labour. No yoga experience is necessary and this class is safe for all three trimesters. A light snack and tea is provided after each class​​.
8 person limit. 60 minute class.
